Applications are invited for five postdoctoral positions with the SISSA Statistical Physics Group, starting in autumn 2020. The positions have a total duration of two years and are in the general area of quantum field theory and statistical physics.
Some of the positions are on the following specific projects:
- Coarse-grained description for non-equilibrium system and transport phenomena (PIs: A. Gambassi, S. Ruffo).
- Low dimensional quantum systems: theory, experiments and simulations (PIs: P. Calabrese and G. Mussardo).
- ERC project New Entangled states of Matter Out of equilibrium (PI: P. Calabrese). This position can be extended up to three years.
- Entanglement, quantum fields and holography (PI: E. Tonni).
